You can cancel orders free of cost before Buildhauz.com has accepted the order. Currently, we do not allow order cancellations post order confirmation due to the bulky nature of our products and high shipping and handling costs.
In special cases, order cancellations post-shipment can be considered. However, we will refund the invoice amount subject to deduction of shipping and handling costs as well as reverse logistics costs.
Custom ordered products cannot be cancelled.
Replacement & Refund policies
At buildhauz.com we believe that when it comes to renovating your home, the end-result should be nothing short of perfect. We understand the importance of choosing the right product, for the right project, and we want to empower you to make a confident buying decision.
All physical products sold on https://buildpro.store/ (except electronic items) are covered under our Warranty Policy & will be replaced accordingly.
Buildhauz.com shall endeavour to facilitate timely delivery of Products and materials as per a Customer’s order details, indicated dispatch times and terms and conditions of the
supply of the Products stated by a Buildhauz/Supplier. If a Customer is not satisfied with a purchase, we are here to help.
We accept return requests for delivered products only in the following cases:
- If the product delivered is different from the product ordered
- If the product delivered is defective or damaged at the time of delivery
- If the product package is missing a part/accessory of the product
- If the product is significantly different from the description on the website
Any return request will, however, be entertained once Our personnel/Staff has checked and determined the same at his own end.
We generally do not offer returns or refunds for any other reasons except for the above.
The returned product will be exchanged with a new one. If an identical replacement is not available, we will recommend similar products. Or just give you a refund of the entire invoice value, with our apologies!
In special cases, other returns can be considered subject to reverse logistics and related costs applicable to the customer.
To qualify for a refund, your product order must:
- Be in its original packaging
- In its original condition/In the same condition as it was when it arrived to your home or project site
- Not have been used, installed, altered, soiled or marked in any way
- Custom made products cannot be returned
Brand’s policy shall apply for specific branded item. We source branded items and these items are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.
Again, any return request will, however, be entertained once Our personnel/Staff has checked and determined the same at his own end.
Note: Replacement will be made only if product is available on the Website.
– Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with Manufacturer.
– Replacement is offered for the products sold at https://buildhauz.com/ only.
– All products should be checked thoroughly during delivery for any incidental damages. No claim, except manufacturing defect, will be entertained once the product is delivered & money received.
– Replacement of products due to size or color misfit will be only considered if the vendor agrees to exchange the same. Incase of acceptance by Vendor, Shipping charges and Replacement charges shall be borne by the customer and there shall be No Refund of Excess Amount and the customer can purchase any product on Buildhauz for the Refundable Value In order to get a defective item replaced
– The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped only after verification & approval by Manufacturer’s service engineer/regional customer care head of engineer/regional customer care head of The manufacturer who will contact you within 48 hrs.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement
– Return request beyond 48 hours of Delivery
– Damages due to misuse of product
– Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
– Products with tampered or missing parts & packaging
– Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
– Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including the box, Trade Name ‘Buildhauz’ packaging
if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
If the item is not available from Buildhauz.com/Supplier, the complete amount will be refunded else gateway charges (3%) will be deducted from the total amount.
